If you love Pumpkin spice as much as everyone else, then you’ve hit on the right recipe for a creamy, sweet, and protein packed smoothie! This recipe is sooooo creamy that it reminds me of a milkshake. It’s a healthy dessert in a glass!
The key to making a super creamy smoothie is using frozen fruit….or milk! The first step is to freeze your pumpkin [uree OR milk of choice in an ice cube tray along with your bananas. For my smoothies I always keep frozen bananas in the freezer.
There are two ways to make this Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie super creamy and delicious

OPTION 1
- Freeze your milk cubes in a silicon ice cube tray (I like to use coconut milk for this recipe).
- Frozen bananas
- Splash of milk
- Pumpkin puree
- Plant based protein powder
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
OPTION 2
- Freeze your pumpkin puree
- Frozen bananas
- Milk
- Plant based protein powder
- Pumpkin pie spice
Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender and you are done- don’t forget to top it off with some coconut whip cream!

Ingredients
- OPTION 1:
- 1 cup frozen milk cubes
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk (or more depending on how thick you want it)
- OPTION 2
- 1/2 cup frozen pumpkin puree
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups coconut milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions
OPTION 1:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and then add splashes of your milk a little bit at a time until it forms the consistency you want
OPTION 2
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency
Serve with coconut whip cream on top!
